We are investigating using content for our document manangement needs but currently only have 10 licensed users for our Saleforce Professional account. We would need to give more people access to content with ability to publish, view, and download items. But they would not need access to the sales and marketing functions of our account. Could they have a content only license? Or would there be another way they could perform these functions through a portal?
