We use the integation for Salesforce and Outlook so that the emails go into the contact record. But we have multiple email fields (as some contacts have a work email, personal, etc) and if the email is being sent to email #2, or #3 as salesforce allows you to add custom fields, etc. These emails end up in the unresolved items and not in the contacts record. Is there a way to get salesforce/outlook to recognice these other emails with that contact as well??
