Hi All,
'Insert Article Into Email' Action is Not available for Non-Admin Users. I have gone through all the solutions for it to fix this, but still no luck. Below are the things I did.
--> Email-to-Case is Enabled
--> On Case Page Layout --> Enabled 'Enable attaching Articles inline'
--> Had Send Email Action on Case Page layout and HTML body is Available in that Layout
--> Created an Email Communication Channel in the Knowledge object
--> Deliverability is set to 'All Email'
But Still, that Action is not available. Has anyone faced this issue before, If yes please let me know what we need to do to get that action available for Non-Admin Users?

'Visibile in public knowledge' checkbox should be enabled for that article in order to get that action.
