Unified Client Profiles

Better understanding a client begins with a complete view of their financial and life situation. In Agentforce Financial Services, Client Profiles help advisors understand a client and their household relationships, financial accounts, and needs on a single page.

This profile page shows a client’s goals, accounts, life events, and other components.

Components such as Life Events and Milestones give advisors context to identify opportunities for relationship growth. Interest Tags, meanwhile, track attributes such as age group, investment interests, spending habits, and so on.

Financial Goals and Results

The bulk of an advisor’s work is helping their clients meet their goals.

Agentforce Financial Services includes the Financial Plans and Goals feature to help advisors and clients plan for and reach short- and long-term financial objectives by connecting target milestones directly to real-time account data.
