This badge highlights key updates you need to know for Spring ’26 to keep your certification current and your skills sharp.
Optimized Upsert and Delete Actions
In Spring ’26, CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultants will experience decreased processing time with quicker data recipe runs. Instead of processing all rows in the snapshot data at once, the optimized upsert and delete actions run incrementally on subsets of the snapshot data. The ability to select smaller sections results in uncomplicated, fast runs, which help you move to the next step without lag.
Here’s how to make it work.
- In CRM Analytics, re-create your recipes to take advantage of this optimization. Remember that the snapshot data must contain a primary key field.
- Then, in the output node, select Existing Dataset.
- Then select either the Upsert or the Delete operation to use the optimized features.
New Repeater Widget Content
Keep everything organized when you customize widget data to your liking in CRM Analytics. Now that custom headers can be added to the repeater widget, it removes the need for workarounds, such as adding a text widget above. You can also customize the repeater header to sort your data in the way that works best for you.
How to add custom headers to the repeater widget and enable sorting to organize data:
- Edit an existing repeater widget or set up a new one.
- Select Add Header, then drag a text widget to the header.

- Add a column name to the text widget.
- Click Done.
- Use Sorting to select fields to sort widget data.

- Click the widget action menu to sort data in the repeater widget.

Add Semi- and Anti-Joins to Queries
Introducing the latest update to query performance. You can now add semi- and anti-joins to your queries to identify duplicate and nonmatching rows without manual queries in CRM Analytics. Semi- and anti-joins offer a straightforward way to compare datasets in a lens. They’re particularly useful for identifying the presence or absence of related rows without needing complex queries. For example, you can easily find accounts that have at least one opportunity or those that have no opportunities.
This update not only accelerates query performance by retrieving only essential data, but also empowers you to perform advanced data analysis more efficiently, making complex data insights accessible to those participating in the beta service.
Here’s how to boost query performance and data efficiency with semi-joins and anti-joins.
- Open a lens.
- From the Add menu, select Join Data Source (BETA) to join with.

- Select a join type and fields to match between the datasets

- Select up to five pairings.

Repeat Groupings in Compare Tables with Repeat Row Values
In CRM Analytics, you can now configure a compare table to replicate group dimension values on every row with the new Repeat Row Values option. Tables with group dimensions, such as name, stage, source, or product, automatically repeat the group value on every row. This quality-of-life enhancement improves the readability of large datasets without the need to repeatedly scroll back to the first occurrence.
Access the new feature in only three steps.
- Create or edit a compare table on your dashboard.
- Click the Formatting icon and expand the Layout section.
- Click Repeat Row Values.
You’ve learned about some of the most important CRM Analytics and Einstein Delivery feature releases over the past year. Now it’s time to test your understanding of these topics and complete the quiz to maintain your CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant certification.
