Agentforce Grid

While it’s great that there are so many different AI tools that do different things, managing multiple AI tools across multiple platforms often slows you down. You might find yourself wasting time on repetitive steps, struggling to access the right data, or abandoning a workflow when it didn’t produce the results you wanted. Wouldn’t it be amazing if there was a way to stitch everything together? Agentforce Grid solves these productivity bottlenecks by providing a single, intuitive interface to orchestrate your AI tools and data.

You might say it’s like a digital frontier, waiting for new discoveries with your data. Agentforce Grid gives you a workspace where you can find patterns in data like you might do in a spreadsheet alongside AI-generated content from your org. With Agentforce Grid, you can:

  • Analyze opportunities and accounts in a single view.
  • Update record fields automatically based on AI-generated values.
  • Build end-to-end automations without complex custom tools.
  • Visualize your data in whole new ways.

Welcome to the next frontier of your data. Get ready to learn about what Agentforce Grid can do and how you can get in.

What You Build in Agentforce Grid

Agentforce Grid lets teams build AI workflows where every column compounds the work of the last—so data doesn’t just get processed, it actually moves forward into outcomes.

Agentforce Grid allows you to pull in any data from your Salesforce CRM or Data 360.

As you pull in hundreds of rows of data, you can now run AI prompts or actions at scale, simultaneously.

  • You can build AI workflows that compound with each new step: Create AI workflows where each column builds on the last—from raw data to insight to action.
  • Chain your prompts, agents, and actions together for quick insights: Link enrichment, analysis, and automation into end-to-end workflows—all inside Salesforce.
  • Start by prototyping fast, reiterating as you go, and then scale up: Design workflows on a single row, validate, and then scale across thousands of records on-demand.
  • Quickly prototype AI workflows: Build and test in a spreadsheet-like grid combining Salesforce data, prompts, actions, and agents.
  • Run AI in batch: Execute multi-turn tests, mine transcripts, and scale workflows across hundreds of rows.

Say Goodbye to the Spreadsheet Shuffle

Have you ever felt stuck in a repetitive loop when working with bulk data and AI? You know the drill: export thousands of records to a CSV, run AI prompts in a separate browser tab, and painstakingly copy and paste the results back into Salesforce. It’s a cumbersome process that slows you down and takes your data outside of your CRM.

With Agentforce Grid, that “copy-paste tax” is a thing of the past. Because everything happens natively inside Salesforce, you completely eliminate the need to export data or hop between different tools. For admins, this is a huge win! Instead of managing endless requests for bulk data extracts and manual updates, you can safely empower your end users to handle these tasks themselves right inside Agentforce Grid. They get the intuitive, spreadsheet-like interface they love, and you get to focus on strategy instead of data entry.

Security Is Baked Right In

You might be wondering: Is it safe to let users perform bulk AI updates? The great news is that because Agentforce Grid lives entirely within Salesforce, your existing data governance is fully respected.

Agentforce Grid strictly enforces object-level security (OLS) and field-level security (FLS) for the running user. If a user doesn’t have permission to view or edit a specific object or field in your org, they won’t be able to access or update it in Agentforce Grid, either. You get all the power of bulk AI automation, with the peace of mind that your data stays secure, compliant, and exactly where it belongs.

Who Builds in Agentforce Grid

Agentforce Grid is a new type of spreadsheet that brings together data, AI, agents, prompt templates, formulas, evaluations, and even invocable actions. But what is it good for? All kinds of roles want to explore Agentforce Grid and its generated information. What if anyone could create AI workflows, in batch, fast? Here are a few ways to use Grid.

  • Support lead: Turn thousands of transcripts into actionable FAQ articles.
  • RevOps manager: Bulk-update stale opportunities without nagging account executives (AEs).
  • Demand gen manager: Draft 1:1 outreach based on member goals.
  • Marketing ops manager: Score and route high-value leads without manual CSVs.
  • SDR manager: Extract 10K insights into ready-made meeting briefs.
  • Channel manager: Move from 12-week manual cycles to biweekly nudges.
  • Product ops lead: Convert chat failure logs into Jira-ready roadmaps.
  • Salesforce admin: Test new AI models against real data before launch.
