What Is Salesforce Foundations?

Salesforce Foundations is a built-in add-on included at no extra cost with Enterprise, Unlimited, Einstein 1 Sales, and Einstein 1 Service editions. It gives you access to the core tools to manage sales, service, marketing, commerce, AI, and data—all within your existing CRM. You get lead and case management, quoting, macros, email campaigns (up to 2,000 sends/month), a digital storefront, AI assistants through Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and access to Data Cloud for unified customer profiles and segmentation.

Everything is already available in your org—no separate installation or purchase required. You can activate Salesforce Foundations directly in Setup and choose which features to turn on. Whether you want to launch campaigns, simplify customer service, build a storefront, or use AI to assist your teams, Foundations is designed to help you start fast and scale with confidence.

Get Started with Salesforce Foundations

Here’s how to activate Foundations in your Salesforce account.

Log into Salesforce.
From Setup, select Salesforce Foundations.
Click on Add to my Contract.
Add Salesforce Foundations products to your cart.
Check out, then return to Setup to start using Foundations.
