View Unified Client Data with Enhanced Client Detail Pages

Learning Objectives

After completing this unit, you’ll be able to:

  • Describe how Enhanced Client Detail Pages use aggregated data from Salesforce and Data 360 to build a unified client view.
  • Explain how Client Detail Pages support person accounts and household accounts.
  • Identify components on a client detail page.

Client Details in One View

In the previous unit, you learned how Run My Day prioritizes client interactions for advisors. When your team interacts with clients, though, they want to quickly understand each client’s situation so they can tailor their approach.

For example, Ryan finds a Retain alert in Run My Day for an at-risk client. Before he acts on that alert, he wants the full picture of the client.

In the past, Ryan switched between the account record, separate financial systems, meeting notes, and email history. As he moved between systems, he lost time and client context, which led to missed opportunities.

Now, with Enhanced Client Detail Pages, advisors such as Ryan have all of a client’s details in a single view. When Ryan understands a client’s full situation in seconds, he walks into every interaction prepared and focused on the relationship, rather than the search for information.

In this unit, you learn about Enhanced Client Detail Pages and their components.

Explore Enhanced Client Detail Pages

Enhanced Client Detail Pages are unified profile pages for individual clients and households. Each of these pages show a client’s financial health, relationship history, meeting activity, recommended actions, and so on.

These pages support both the Person Account object for individual clients and the Account object for households. There are different pages for each context, because an individual and a household call for different information.

  • An individual page centers on one person’s accounts and goals.
  • A household page brings together the wider financial picture of everyone in the household.

Household detail pages use the householding data model to include the correct accounts, members, and financial relationships. You quickly create households from the Account object list view with an included flow. Then you view or update households from detail pages with other included flows. Because the flows come with the product, your admins can quickly set up household management without building it from scratch.

Both individual and household Enhanced Client Detail Pages draw data from several sources. Here’s a breakdown.

Source

Data

Salesforce

Accounts, cases, tasks, meeting history, and relationship data from Agentforce Financial Services

Data 360

Financial account data, portfolio performance, and calculated insights from other systems

The page uses components to assemble all of this information into a single view, so advisors no longer need to switch between systems. Check out those components next.

Client Detail Components

Ryan goes to the account page for the client flagged as at-risk in Top Priorities, and explores the page. Most of these components work on both individual and household pages.

  • Household Snapshot shows the household’s primary member with their roles and contact info. This component works only on household account pages.
  • Client Pulse uses the AI Summary page component and a provided prompt template to generate a snapshot of client sentiment and engagement, surfacing signals hidden in the structured data. A client pulse for a household will include details of all a household’s members. Here, the client pulse is for an individual client.
A Client Pulse summarizing a relationship with a client includes recent changes and they they matter.
  • Insights and Actions suggests next best actions based on client data and goals.
  • Financial Portfolio includes real-time financial data from external sources through Data 360.
The Financial Overview section shows Recent AUM Trend and Liquidity Monitor graphs.
  • Relationships shows household members and related contacts with an Actionable Relationship Center relationship graph.

Each component pulls from the unified dataset, so the page tells a comprehensive story about the client instead of providing a group of disconnected facts. For example, Client Pulse points to engagement signals that can hide in other structured fields. Plus, Financial Performance reflects live data from external systems that Data 360 makes available, so the numbers match what the client sees in their own accounts.

With this information, Ryan quickly understands why the client is at risk of leaving the firm and taking their investments elsewhere. Insights and Actions give him guidance on where to start, and his experience tells him that this situation calls for a client meeting to build the relationship. His next step is scheduling that meeting.

What’s Next?

In this unit, you learned how Client Detail Pages show aggregate data for clients and their households to give you a complete understanding of their needs. That understanding helped Ryan decide that he wants to meet with this at-risk client. For that step, he turns to the Meeting Concierge features in Agentic Advisor.

Learn more about those features in the next unit.
