While reviewing the Winter '27 release features, I noticed that Agentforce Recommendations
is visible in our non-production orgs, as shown below, but the same section is not available in our Production org.
In the non-production org, the Knowledge page displays an "Agentforce Recommendations" section, whereas in Production it only shows "Suggested Articles."
Could anyone help clarify the following:
- Is Agentforce Recommendations a feature introduced as part of the Winter '27 release?
- Does this feature require any additional setup, permissions, or enablement steps?
- If it is release-related, will it automatically become available in Production once the Winter '27 release is enforced?
- Are there any licensing prerequisites or Agentforce-specific configurations required for customers to see this feature?
Any insights or documentation references would be greatly appreciated.

This looks like 'Einstein Article Recommendations' is renamed to Agentforce Recommendation. Per your screenshot of 'Suggested Articles' you do not have Article Recommendations enabled. This has in the past not required Agentforce to be enabled, so I am confused about the name change, but can confirm it still works exactly like 'Einstein Article Recommendations' for us in our Sandbox (compared to production).
