I’m wondering if anyone has more experience with or information about Notebook AI?
We’re planning to build an RFP Agent, and researching a Request for Proposal (RFP) is mentioned as one of the use cases for Notebook AI. However, there doesn’t seem to be much more information available about how Notebook AI can be used in this scenario.
Has anyone worked with Notebook AI in connection with RFP Agents, or have any additional information, examples, or resources to share?

Notebook AI doesn't have a packaged "RFP Agent" template, but it fits well as the research/grounding layer for one. It uses RAG: you upload documents (past proposals, product sheets, the incoming RFP) into Data 360 as Unstructured Data Lake Objects, it indexes them via Vector Search, and users can then ask questions and get cited, grounded answers from that content.
For RFPs: load your RFP + internal knowledge base into a data space, then use Notebook AI to summarize requirements and draft grounded responses with citations. Pair it with Agentforce/Flow if you want proposal generation automated end-to-end.
