Getting invalid apikey issue in mulesoft IDP

Hi team,  

I am doing an POC on MuleSoft IDP. When processing the document via the UI without using prompt the document is processing successfully and relevant fields extracted correctly. But when I add the prompt either in INVOICE or in GENERIC, I am not getting any result. 

Additionally, I check doing inspect then is see this below error 

{code: "400": "Invalid API Key: xxxxxxxxxxx"} 

Could anyone provide me the insight what might be the reason on this issue and how to resolve this part.
