I am setting up Health Cloud features, but the expected Health Cloud permission sets are currently unavailable in the org.
Before proceeding, I wanted to confirm if additional add-on licenses or Permission Set Licenses (PSLs) need to be purchased or provisioned for this instance. Specifically, I am checking for:
- Health Cloud (Permission Set License)
- Health Cloud Platform (Permission Set License)

Yes, accessing Salesforce Health Cloud features requires underlying Permission Set Licenses in addition to standard user licenses. You must assign specific permission set licenses, such as the Health Cloud Platform and core Health Cloud licenses, to a user before you can assign the functional Health Cloud permission sets themselves.
