Hello!

We are currently using SalesCloud Enterprise edition with outbound funds combined with a third party integration to manage grants and contracts. We would like to removed the third party app and potentially use the grantmaking managed package as well as use Experience Cloud functionality for grantees.

Our Salesforce rep suggested a switch to public sector solutions but we are hesitant to make the switch and lose our existing infrastructure.

In researching the compatibility of the grantmaking managed service package, I am a bit loss on whether this package can run with an enterprise edition of Sales Cloud, allowing us to forgo an upsell to PSS???

In the end we need to management our grants and contracts, including a grantee portal system and an application builder.

I was hoping to achieve this keeping our existing Sales Cloud adding Experience Cloud and Grantmaking with Omnistudio.

Is this possible? What else would we need to consider??

Thank you for your expertise!

    @Anita Kennedy

    This is a common crossroads that a few of our clients have encountered as well, specifically focused on questions around org migration, transitioning from Sales Cloud to NPC, data transformation, retaining and making best use of existing architecture and, in a nutshell,  how to transition to NPC for Grantmaking without uprooting your existing implementation and all of the nuances and customizations that exist.

    I’d be happy to have an informal chat to talk through some of these concerns and identify potential paths based on our experience in supporting this journey with other organizations.

    For context, we are Grantbook, a consultancy that works exclusively with grantmaking organizations, with a dedicated team of certified Salesforce experts enabling GMS and adjacent CRM success on the Salesforce platform.
