Import feature is inactive (greyed out) in Revenue Cloud

Hi all, 

I'm looking to import product data via CSV, however the option to these are greyed out and unavailable. (please refer to screenshot below).

NOTE - the developer org I'm using was created through this signup link provided in the certification trailhead:

I have also assigned my user to both permission sets: Basic + Advanced CSV Data Import, but still no luck. 

If anyone has any insights into this, please let me know. Thank you!
