If I select all it should select all the values but the last string "Do not show into the frontend" should not be shown to the user, It should be selected only only when (All) is clicked but not shown into the filter menu. If I select each value example 20 then the "Do not shown into ther filter" can be excluded.

got it - see the attached - If I had a client that wanted something like this I would first try to move them to something more reasonable - but if they insisted you can do it by cartesian join a list of the categories (without the one you done want to show but adding All ) and then doing what is shown in the attached
