Hello @Vishal Lala -- It looks like your Tableau Cloud site, Visual Analytics, Fall 2019, has been renewed with a new expiration date of 12/03/2023. Please use this form to request renewal of your site next year. It seems as though the workflow in the email you were sent with the renewal button is broken. I have raised this with the team to remove. Thank you for letting us know!
