I'd like to be able to split a dimension and get all substrings between two characters.

It's easy enough to get the first instance, e.g. <ABC> and <JK> but how do I get all? There could be 2, 3, 10+.
Is this possible straight from Tableau Desktop?

I think it's not an easy way to split each cell into multiple rows in Tableau Desktop but it'd be better to do it in Prep or other data processing tools. If you'd like to do it in Prep, the workflow will be like as the following:
Split your original column by "><" and do some cleanings afterwards. Pivot these 3 columns back to a column and remove blank values. Prep file is attached below.
