l am working on one project and found a view has a Sales bar chart with Profit% on its reference line.
The global filters are applying on both in same view. I want filters to be work only on sales bar chart but l can add filters for profit% also for further requirement.

Here is a simple solution I came up with using the Superstore sales:
Here I have used Year as a filter and the calculated field for % Profit is shown below:
This was a simple LOD calculation where the % Profit would be fixed no matter which year
you selected.
In addition to what you wanted (%Profit be independent of filters), I have added
a Parameter for adjusting the ratio of the Height of the Max Bar as I would like the
option to view the % Profit Marks above the Bar, else it can be difficult to read.
If I did not add the above parameter and calculated field Reference line,
this is how it would look (nothing changes except it is difficult to read due to
the color of the Bar)
Since you provided no data, I used the ever popular (and eternal ) superstore
