Regarding Elimination of duplicate in Frequency

Hi there,

i"m attaching screenshots  as well as workbook .when applying table calculation in frequency it is eliminating the other service no as well .

IF LOOKUP(AVG([Frequency]),0)<>LOOKUP(AVG([Frequency]),1) THEN AVG([Frequency]) END

if i'm using LOD

{fixed [Service No], Frequncy,MONTH([Interval TimeStamp]):MAX([Interval TimeStamp])}

and then calling this Lod in Boolean expression

it is not eliminating the duplicate.

what i need to do.
