What would I do?
As an HR Business Technology Analyst you would work cross functionally with HR stakeholders, and the Enterprise, acting as a system administrator for all HR related systems. Systems include, but are not limited to, learning management, applicant tracking, and performance management systems. In this role you would gather business requirements, consult with stakeholders, configure, test and execute HR systems project work, and partner with systems vendors to learn and train on system updates. Additional responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day maintenance of the systems and troubleshooting systems issues.
This is a great opportunity if you have HRIS systems knowledge, project management experience, and professional communication skills. Successful HR Business Technology Analysts also have leadership ability, are consultative, self sufficient, creative thinkers, and have a true passion for learning and mastering new software.
