In the attached workbook sheet-1 shows the pie graph based on today date column ( responded service no's and not responded service no's) Responded in green and not responded in red. In sheet Two there is meter status i want to include that status along with legends in sheet1 ( i.e pie graph) based on date column.

Your Pie Chart is a bit unconventional - you created a slice for each meter, so you actually have 9K slices there.
I've created an example of what I think you meant with the original, and a new chart with slices by METERSTATUS, but excluding "Meter working normally" which basically causes all the others to disappear.
The easiest way to create a simple Pie chart is to double-click on your measure - in this case PrLLSDBTab(count) - then on the required dimension, and then to select the Pie chart from Show Me.
