Help paint a more complete picture of nonprofit tech transitions

Have you been part of a technology transition at a nonprofit, either as nonprofit staff, a consultant, or a software vendor? If so, I’m conducting new research and could use your help.

I have put together a brief survey that consists of 20 statements related to nonprofit technology projects and you are asked to rate how frequently each statement has been true of the transitions you have been part of.

These statements come from my own experience from 20+ years in the sector of what can be challenging or go wrong in technology transitions, and your responses will help shine a light on how frequently or infrequently these things happen in your experience. This is a chance to say what is often the quiet part out loud, and anonymously.

I will then share the results in a webinar in a few weeks. My hope is that collectively we can play a part in normalizing how challenging these transitions can be and create greater awareness of where the challenges typically arise so nonprofits can better navigate them, for the greater good of our sector.
