Since Task object doesn't support LWC quick actions, is there any alternative way to view task in the Offline App (except creating a custom object) ?

No — you cannot view or work with standard
Task records in the Salesforce Offline App, because the Task object is not supported for offline access and also does not support LWC Quick Actions. There is no native alternative other than using a custom object.
