I have a user who received a new phone - from what I've researched the Authenticator app has been disconnected from when he originally set it up.  I asked Grok and it told me to that as the Administrator I need disconnect so he can re-add his account.  When I try and do what Grok is telling me to do, I can't find the App Registration section of my TM's user profile.    Log in to Salesforce and navigate to Setup > Users > [Your User Profile].

Find App Registration: Salesforce Authenticator and click Disconnect.    The last time I was a SF Administrator MSA wasn't required.    Does this make sense?

Yeah, that makes sense — the “App Registration” bit only shows up if the user actually has Salesforce Authenticator connected. If you don’t see it on their user detail page, just go to Setup > Users, open their record, and under “Permission Set Assignments” or “Login Information” look for “Connected Apps”. Worst case, you can have them log in, hit “Having trouble?” during MFA, and verify identity so they can register the new phone.
