How to show recommendations in the Agentforce (Default) agent? Is there any specific setting or setup required for the same?

These are static recommendations created by an admin and added as an action to the agent. 

What I am looking for are dynamic actions suggested by an employee agent based on user input and data retrieved from Salesforce.
