Rollup Summary Calculation on Custom Object

Hello All, 

I have a custom object called Framework Contract that is a parent to Opportunity via Lookup relationship. I have a requirement to calculate the sum of all of the Framework Contract's related Opportunities that are Won or Open, and roll up and show them on the Framework Contract's fields: 

Actual Sum Won Opportunities and Actual Sum Open Opportunities.  

I have created a record-triggered flow that runs on both create and update, which handles all the use cases including the outliers even bulk creation however when I perform bulk delete the amounts do not reflect accurately (Delete flow in place). How can I handle this use case via delete flow.
