Create Check-in Guest Event Option in Enhance Agentforce to Act on Data with Conversational Language

Hello, 

 

I have created the steps from scratch, still not getting Create Check in Guest Event Option in "ALL Flows" list.

    Hi All, 

     

    Thank you so much for your suggestions and advice. However, nothing worked in my scenario. So I Completed the Certification using my different account.
