I'd like to build a simple report that shows all Organizations/Accounts that DO NOT have ANY individuals associated with certain Campaigns. Currently when I build a cross filtered report filtering "Orgs without Campaign Members on X Campaign" it still shows me Organizations that have people on the Campaign. This feels like it should be a simple cross filter?

What report type do you use? Do you have a custom Account lookup on the CampaignMember object?
