I have two users with identical profile, role and permissions; however, one user is able to see the Name field on the CMTD enhanced related list, while the other user cannot view it. Both users have the same access rights to the field, so this inconsistency is unexpected. Any insights or suggestions on what might be causing this discrepancy would be appreciated.

Thank you for your input. That said , as shown in the screenshot, while the "Name" column header is visible to the user, the corresponding values in that column are not displayed.
Do you have any thoughts on what might be causing this?
