I have a created a table and a button using Lightning Web Component and I have placed it in the experience cloud site. When the guest user of the experience cloud site clicks on the button then a modal pop-up appears with fields that need to be filled. When the user fills the form, the user should receive a confirmation email. The email functionality is working when I test the component in the preview mode in the experience site builder. However, when I test it as a guest user of the site then the confirmation email is not coming. I have given public access and apex class access to the guest user of the site. What am I missing?
Did you try to download email logs for same time period from setup? It should show some entry and error details if any.
