I am anxiously awaiting the ability to create multiple Agentforce agents! Specifically, wondering about the copilot style agent that is exposed through the Service Cloud UI.
If we have three service business units sharing a salesforce org, would they need to share an agent with the same topics/actions? Or, can we create one per business unit and customize the instructions and actions for each?
