I was creating an object named Reliance in that object there is a payment section and there are two fields in that one is Payment field which is in the form of checkbox and other is transaction Id in the alphanumerical form.

Question

The task is at the time of Record creation if the payment is checked then the Transaction Id field will shown in the details page to populate it otherwise No.......Now help me how to do it??

If so, can you share the trailhead module name?   If the use case is not related to the challenge, as per your explanation in your question, you have to use enable dynamic forms on your Reliance object and in the builder mode of your page, set the conditional visibility on Transaction ID field to show up only when the Payment checkbox is set to true
