I am trying as a system admin user, but unable to find Einstein Copilots or Einstein Setup options in Setup --> Quick Find box.
Under Setup --> Dev Hub --> Enable Einstein Features is enabled.
Is there anything else that's missing?

@Mohini Singh SDO is the only way I am aware of getting a free and relatively unrestricted org. Otherwise you need a paid for production org to get a decent org.
There are a couple of Trailheads that you can get orgs that are assigned for 5 days but you will not be admin so you can't install packages etc
