Hi Team,
I'm working on Service Cloud Agent Productivity > Set Up Service Console Productivity Tools. I went through the hands on challenge and got an error, "Challenge not yet complete in Service Cloud Playground. The macros and quick text items aren’t in your Service Console app. Use the App Manager in Setup to verify that these items are available in the Service Console app."
Can someone help me understand what I did wrong here?

I was getting this error "The macros and quick text items aren’t in your Service Console app. Use the App Manager in Setup to verify that these items are available in the Service Console app".
Here are the settings that I followed to resolve this issue.
1) Enabled Quick Text in Salesforce Classic
2)
Classic --> Profiles --> Tab Settings --> Quick Text (2 entries are there) --> Set it to Default On
3) Verify the same settings in lightning too
Lightning Experience --> Profiles --> Tab Settings --> Quick Text --> Default On
4) In lightning,
Go to App Manager --> Utility Items --> Add Macros (I was not getting Quick Text in Utility Items), then Go to Navigation Items --> Add both Macros and Quick Text.
