Ensure that you have selected the correct template.

I found the error
Activate the new Home Page
- Click Save in the upper right corner, then Activate.
- Click App and Profile.
- Click Assign to Apps and Profiles.
- Select Service Console and click Next
- Select Custom: Support Profile and System Administrator.
- Click Next and Save.
- Step 5 I was selecting the wrong box - I have now passed the step and appreciate the support @AMAN GARG @Jeff Weller
- Any help or support with the exam will also be greatly appreciated
