AdobeSign - CSRF confirmation token

When I try to generate an agreement with AdobeSign for Salesforce, I am told

"The link you followed isn’t valid. This page requires a CSRF confirmation token. Report this error to your Salesforce administrator."

I haven't been able to find any information on this so far that has proved useful. We never saw this page until after we updated to version 23.4.1 and I don't know how to fix it. Any insight would be useful.
