Cannot add columns in data table in trail Developer Intermediate/Screen Flows/Add More Options to Your Screens

The configure columns is disabled trying to add a new column. Is the source Collection - Contacts from Get_Contacts permissions incorrect?  Where do i find the permissions?

    Try clicking the Add column button
