The Salesforce.org blog is getting a new home!
Sharing an update from @Cassidy Myers who oversees Nonprofit & Education blog content --
Hey, Trailblazers!
For those of you whom I haven’t yet gotten to work with on a blog post, my name is Cassidy and I manage the Salesforce.org blog. We have some big and exciting news coming and I wanted to share it with you all first. See below for a skim-able overview, but for anything I may have missed please feel free to reach out to me (c.myers@salesforce.com) with any questions.
What: The Salesforce.org blog is getting a new home! We’re migrating all .org content over to the Salesforce.com 360 blog, where we’ll have a bigger platform to tell the stories and share the impact of our incredible .org community. We will be moving about 75 of the best-performing posts over to our new home on the 360 blog and will be implementing redirect links for the rest of the posts that will be sunsetting along with the current .org blog.
When: This is something we’ve been working on for a while, but the official move — i.e. the sunsetting of the .org blog as we’ve known it on the Salesforce.org website — will officially happen on Friday, September 8.
Why: As part of the company-wide restructuring earlier this year, all of the Salesforce blogs are moving under one roof and aligning with the 360 blog. Not only will this provide a greater platform for .org stories/impact, but it will also better align content across the company in one spot.
Where: You’ll be able to find .org content — both the ~75 posts that we’re migrating as well as net new content which will pick back up in September — on dedicated content pages on the 360 blog:
