We're working with a formassembly integration and have set up google translate on our forms. This allows users to view the entire form in a different language. Upon submission, picklist values are received in English.
The issue I'm having is with the text sections. User input is not translated when formassembly sends data to salesforce so we receive forms that are partially in English and partially in another language.
I've had a look at the translation work bench but the languages offered are very limited and wouldn't help us support the communities we work with. It would be most ideal if there was a way to create an english version of each record, by cloning it and harnessing the power of google translate.
Any suggestions at all would be really helpful! I'm speaking to the formassembly folks too to see if there's anything that can be done from their side.
