I tried to Set up the Exporince site as a support center and faced this error on the Contact Support component. Does anybody know how to fix it?
p.s. Web-to-case is enabled
I'm also having trouble finding clear information about reporting for external users on the website.
- Is it possible to allow external users to export reports? If yes, how can I add this button? Where are the buttons set up for this layout?
- How can I set up report visibility for external users? Currently, by default, they can see all reports in the internal organization. However, they should only see reports created from their own tickets with specific allowed fields.
P.S. A separate profile has been set up with permissions for case creation, editing, and deletion, as well as visibility settings for particular fields. The 'Run Create Export Report' permission has also been assigned.
