Dear All, I am Jaya Nisanth Reddy Martala, and I reside in Burton Upon Trent, United Kingdom. I hold a Graduate Visa, which expires in December 2024. With four years of experience, including two years in India's business industry as a Salesforce expert in Sales and Services Cloud.

I decided to pursue a master's degree in the UK. However, finding a job in the United Kingdom proved challenging, so I started working as a freelancer specializing in Salesforce administration in 2021. Although it wasn't easy, I secured a few clients and gained valuable experience.

Recently, I have been applying for several jobs on LinkedIn, but I have yet to receive a response from recruiters. I am looking for a Salesforce Administrator job and would like to know if there are any other platforms I can use to find job openings. If there is, please provide me with the platform's name.

When applying for jobs on LinkedIn, I indicated that I needed future visa sponsorship. I also contacted some recruiters and provided them with my profile and work experience. Although some recruiters were impressed with my profile, I have not received any job offers.

Some recruiters have told me that my temporary visa status is a hindrance, and they cannot proceed with my application.

@Please advise me on what kind of jobs I should apply for with a Graduate Visa. I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how I can enhance my career. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Thanking You,

Warm Regards,

 Jaya Nisanth Reddy Martala

I'd argue social has less and less impact on ability to do a job, dissonance of image and skills has been growing bigger over the last 5 years.

The ability to demonstrate skills and craft relevant narrative to support the hiring process is what makes an applicant stand out.

More noise and energy consumption doesnt. IMO
