Why would I get this error when changing the GAU on an opportunity? npsp.TDTM_Allocation: execution of AfterUpdate caused by: npsp.ALLO_PaymentSync_SVC.PaymentSyncException: You cannot remove an opportunity allocation for a GAU that has paid payment allocations. (System Code)

Hi Thomas,
You can't update the allocation from an Opportunity if any payments on the Opportunity are Paid and aren't allocated to the default allocation. Instead, change the allocation from the Payment record.
