Customize fields in Service Request view

Hi all,

I have one doubt about Remedyforce. I've inserted the "View Requests" Lightning component from Lightning App Builder. Thus we can easily track ticket's evolution but, when the ticket comes from a Service Request, when you open it in this component, we are showing more data (fileds) than we want.

Do you know wich is the field set, layout,... that controls this view? and where can I find it?
