There is no notion of picklist fields in CMS content. Currently they are not supported as per this article of ManagedContentType NodeType https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.222.0.api_meta.meta/api_meta/meta_managedcontenttype.htm#managedContentNodeType
