Hello, I created a very simple Opportunity field history and made it available to all users through a dashboard.
Some users can see results and some other not.
Both report and dashboard are correctly shared with all users.
I'm getting mad :-(

Thanks it is not my case.
I made some test and I found it should be related to profiles because it occurs to users with some specific custom profiles.
Standard User profile, for example, can see data results
