I am unable to create the trailhead playground i have created 10 playgrounds and i want a new playground but i am unable to create it plz tell me what to do

If you require the playground only then disconnecting an existing playground and creating a new one is the only option. You can disconnect a previous org and it will not affect any badges you have earned earlier.
You can also sign up for a developer edition org (https://developer.salesforce.com/signup) and connect it to your trailhead account (on the hands-on org page) and use it to complete your challenges. Do let me know if any further concerns.
