Is anyone using Charitable Giving/Trust or Benevity to process payroll giving. If so, do you have any tips in processing those into Salesforce. Currently what we are doing is very manual and was wondering if there is an app out there. Have checked out AppExchange but they are a payroll software not the payroll giving to charity.

In my last job we had some Benevity donations and I also have a couple of clients that get them. It's a complete nightmare to try to bring in the details and properly soft credit each donor. Remember: Since this is payroll giving and, thus, pre-tax, these would be soft credits not hard credit, generally.
(Plus I can't remember which platforms give information about the individual donors' amounts and which don't.)
In theory if you get a spreadsheet for the month's giving you could import that information into partial soft credits, but that would be a pain and probably not worth the effort.
