The solution was to go to Setup > Analytics > 'Getting Started' > then look for 'Enable CRM' but I cannot find that option so I switched to Salesforce Classic and I was only able to get to 'Getting Started' and found that I already enabled CRM because at the bottom, there's an option to Disable CRM.
