I keep getting the "An unhandled fault has occured in this flow. Please contact your system administrator for more information"
It seems to be hanging up in the send email action. I'll paste a screen shot. I've deleted and then created a new contact named Gorav Patel and used my personal email address. I thought maybe that was the problem since that was the org-wide email so I changed it to an old hotmail address I can still access. I'm still getting error: 0 recipients
I saw a previous question about this problem but I never saw that person found a resolution. Anyone want to help?

You're looking for a custom field on the Primary contact called Preferred Email, not the standard Email field.
Now, on this contact, the Preferred email only says "Personal", it is not an actual email address
