Where is in Setup is "Basic Data Import". We would like to explore the new feature, "Import Contacts and Leads with a Guided Experience".

"Basic Data Import" is located in the Setup menu of Salesforce. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner, and select "Setup" from the drop-down menu. In the left sidebar, find the "Data Import" and click on "Data Import." The "Import Contacts and Leads with a Guided Experience" feature will be available here.
